    Perfectly, Lisa was so helpful. She helped me find my account number and the 2 previous purchases I made. She also explained to me that when the order is shipped it says( Pending, which I thought meant is wasn't sent). I was down to 1 prep razor and she said she had 3 boxes left....I took all of them.
