Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Orders for items that are currently in-stock are typically shipped within 24 hours. Large orders or kits that need special assembly may require 48-72 hours to ship. Orders are shipped out of our facility in Rochester New York. Free freight orders will be shipped via ground (UPS, FEDEX, or USPS). You may use this map as a reference (please note this is subject to change).
Q. Can I Order Customized Kits?
A. Yes. For custom kits, we require a minimum order of 25 kits. Our team will work with you to assemble and design the kit. We offer plastic, metal, water-proof, and soft-sided options (see link to cases). You will also be able to customize the contents, label or screen-printing. We can provide a refill service. Simply provide us a list of first aid supplies and we package and ship you the new products. Click here to visit our custom kit page.
Q. Can I receive a discount if I buy in bulk?
A. Yes. If applicable, Volume discounts (**see image**) are noted on each products page. For bulk purchases over 100 units, please call 1-800-772-4630 ext. 233.
Q. Do You Allow Returns?
A. Yes, we allow returns on all items. For damaged or defective items, we will pay for the return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Q. Are Your Bags Made In the USA?
A. Yes, the majority Of the bags sold by E-firstaidsupplies are manufactured in house at our Facility in Rochester, NY.
