Works great! Actually, saved a lady from having to get stitches when she hit her forehead on an open cupboard door. After cleaning wound, immediately sprayed this several times & blood went from gush to drip to nothing. She went to ER & Dr. stated the spray worked wonderful & hospital sent her home. She has a tiny scar, but she's a big fan now of this.
