your order. Occasionally, due to high volume orders, we may experience
a backorder situation. You will be notified if your purchase
is on backorder. Items are shipped either UPS, FedEx or USPS
Ground. If you need your order expedited please contact our customer
service department at 1-800-353-7763 and have your order number
and credit card number ready, for additional charges. *Expedited
shipping is based on Dimensional Weight and not a Flat Rate.

Please Note: All duties and taxes incurred on shipments going to
Canada are the responsibility of the customer and not Fieldtex
Products. These charges are derived at the border by the Canadian
government and are not included in any of our shipping charges. UPS
will require payment upon delivery of your order, FedEx will issue
a bill directly to you. Any
shipments returned due to duties and taxes not paid will incur a
restocking fee of 15% and a credit minus the return shipping charges.
Any invoices sent to Fieldtex by FedEx for unpaid duties on an order
will be charged back to the original card used during checkout.
Additional Shipping Charges:

Fieldtex wants you to be completely satisfied with
purchase. However, stock product may
to us within 30 days (unopened) for
a full refund of the purchase price. Please call our customer service
at 1-800-353-7763 ext. 210, with our Order Number or Pack
List ID Number ready.
We will give you a RMA number to write on
the outside of your carton then ship your return to:

As soon as we receive your product back, we will issue your
refund in a timely and accurate manner. We will provide
free shipping back to us only if your product was defective
or you received a product that you did not order.
On Custom Products:
We are unable to accept returns on custom case orders
or orders with a customized logo.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY:
Fieldtex guarantees our products against defects in materials or workmanship for the reasonable life of the product.
Should a product fail due to the materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product at no charge to you.
Repairable damage due to accident or misuse will be repaired at a reasonable price. All items returned for repair must be thoroughly cleaned or they will be returned unrepaired.
We collect your information for two reasons:
to process your order and to send future literature.
