All stock orders are shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order. Occasionally, due to high volume orders, we may experience a backorder situation. You will be notified if your purchase is on backorder. Items are shipped either UPS, FedEx or USPS Ground. If you need your order expedited please contact our customer service department at 1-800-353-7763 and have your order number and credit card number ready, for additional charges. *Expedited shipping is based on Dimensional Weight and not a Flat Rate.

Please Note: All duties and taxes incurred on shipments going to Canada/Mexico are the responsibility of the customer and not Fieldtex Products. These charges are derived at the border by the Canadian government and are not included in any of our shipping charges. UPS will require payment upon delivery of your order, FedEx will issue a bill directly to you.  Any shipments returned due to duties and taxes not paid will incur a restocking fee of 15% and a credit minus the return shipping charges. Any invoices sent to Fieldtex by FedEx for unpaid duties on an order will be charged back to the original card used during checkout. 

Additional Shipping Charges:
Some items require additional charges because of their oversize dimensions or extreme weight. These charges are noted on the product page and will be added at the end of the order.

RETURNS POLICY:
On Stock Products:
Fieldtex wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, stock product may be returned
to us within 30 days (unopened) for a full refund of the purchase price. Please call our customer service
department at 1-800-353-7763 ext. 210, with our Order Number or Pack List ID Number ready. We will give you a RMA number to write on the outside of your carton then ship your return to:

As soon as we receive your product back, we will issue your refund in a timely and accurate manner. We will provide free shipping back to us only if your product was defective or you received a product that you did not order.

On Custom Products:
We are unable to accept returns on custom case orders or orders with a customized logo.

WARRANTY:
All manufactured products come with a 1 year warranty against material and manufacturing
defects. For returns of this nature please call our customer service number at 1-800-353-7763
with your order number and date of purchase and we will issue you a return authorization
number along with shipping instructions.


PRIVACY POLICY:
We collect your information for two reasons: to process your order and to send future literature.
If you do not wish to receive future literature please email us and we will remove you from our
